HOME IS THE STREETS gives people experiencing homelessness a dignified place to share their story. Whenever possible, we also connect guests with trusted community resources, supportive organizations, and practical next steps toward greater stability.

We help identify local resources for shelter, housing, meals, healthcare, recovery, employment, transportation, and identification.
Follow Up
With permission, we return with updates, celebrate progress, and share what support is still needed.
